Why not the free Player?
The free Kontakt Player only runs in demo mode with third-party libraries like Pettinhouse. After a short time, the instrument stops playing and needs to be reloaded. To use AcousticGuitar 3.0 without interruptions, you must own the full version of Kontakt.

Compatibility with Mac Silicon: Kontakt 6 works under Rosetta emulation on Apple Silicon Macs. While the library functions correctly, running Kontakt 6 in Rosetta consumes more CPU resources.
For best performance on Mac M1/M2/M3, we recommend using Kontakt 7 or higher, which runs natively on Apple Silicon.
